This rustic up north cabin rental is an ideal place for getting away to the tranquility of a North woods escape with views overlooking Lake Michigan. Council Tree is an remodeled cabin with updated kitchen and conveniences where you can step back in time to an era of simpler living. This cabin is located north of Harbor Springs between the villages of Good Hart and Cross Village on scenic M-119 and is named after a historic meeting point for Native Americans in the area. Council Tree was built in the early 1920's but has been completely updated for renters to enjoy today. Spend time relaxing beside the large stone fireplace in the living room and evenings gathering around the outdoor fire pit.
Council Tree has two bedrooms. The master has a double bed with a private and newly updated three-quarter bath. The second guest bedroom has two single beds and a shared full bath located in the hallway. Across the road is a path leading down to the natural shoreline of Lake Michigan.
