Property Damage Protector Information

Holiday Vacation Rentals offers you the option of purchasing a Property Damage Protector for $55.00 or $97.50 depending on the trip length, in lieu of paying a damage deposit when reserving the rental property.  Purchasing the Property Damage Protector protects you from financial burden for losses due to damages that occur accidentally within the property or to theft of personal property of the property owner, while you occupy the residence.

The Property Damage Protector provides insurance coverage up to $3,000 per stay and is valid for the entire stay.  With the Property Damage Protector You and Your Traveling Companions will not be obligated to pay for damage or theft to the contents of the rental unit you occupy.

Property Damage Protector Does Not Cover:

1. Intentional acts of a guest and traveling companions;
2. Gross negligence or willful conduct;
3. Any loss, if a guest or traveling companions do not take reasonable and prudent measures to protect the residence;
4. Any loss, if the guest does not report the damage to Holiday Vacation Rentals staff by the time of vacating the residence;
5. Normal wear and tear;
6. Theft without forced entry;
7.  Damage or loss caused by any pet or other animal allowed onto the premises by a guest or traveling companions.
