Lakeview Estate is a beautifully built, custom, three-story home near Good Hart; an approximate 20-minute drive north from Harbor Springs through the scenic Tunnel of Trees. The private estate offers stunning sunsets, seasonal views of Lake Michigan through mature hardwoods and is just a short drive to the sparkling beach in nearby Goodhart.

Create delicious cuisine in the well-equipped chef-inspired kitchen; relax in the large living room areas or the oversized screened-in porch – even on rainy days. With thoughtful touches throughout, even the lower level offers a lovely living area and comfy porch swings for reading or playing your favorite games. Air-conditioned sleeping areas include two king master bedroom suites. The oversized third and fourth bedrooms offer plenty of space and are equipped with several sleeping accommodations.

Outside, the home has large decking areas for grilling and dining and a fire pit for enjoying the outdoor beauty of Northern Michigan. Walking trails nearby–Goodhart Farms Nature Preserve or explore the nearby Phelan-Orth Family Nature Preserve. Just minutes down the road to the north you will find the Good Hart General Store known for their hearty chicken and beef pot pies, pizza, and a variety of homemade cookies. Drive north to Cross Village and enjoy historic Legs Inn for Polish American dining or new Old World Café for European fare. An abundance of things to do can be found in area towns including Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, Sturgeon Bay, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Boyne City, and Charlevoix.

If a whole day adventure is what you seek, head north over the mighty Mackinaw Bridge to Tahquamenon Falls or southwest to Traverse City and the popular Sleeping Bear Dunes!
