Pineview’s features include central air conditioning, two custom gas fireplaces, a lower-level wet bar, a wrap-around deck with a partial awning for shade that’s accessible from the living room, dining room, and primary suite.

It also includes a lower-level deck accessible from the downstairs family room and a lower-level patio with a fire pit. Step outside, sit back, relax, and enjoy the warm summer breezes!

The main level primary suite features a king size bed and attached three-quarter bathroom.

On the upper level, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed and sitting area and a view of Little Traverse Bay. Also upstairs is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. On the lower level, you’ll find a large suite with a queen bed and attached three-quarter bathroom.

An all-wheel drive vehicle with all-season or snow tires with adequate tread depth is strongly recommended for winter stays due to the steep driveway.

High end kitchen (Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances) with lots of seating. Living room was nice and open. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. All the bathrooms were big, clean with nice finishes. We could easily tell that the place was newly remodeled. Very close to town on a quiet, dead end street. It overlooks some rolling hills and meadows off the back deck. Highly recommend!”
