Ruby’s Retreat is a beautiful four bedroom home conveniently located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and has upper level views and access to Round Lake. There is a bright and spacious living room as well as an additional sitting room on the main floor with access to the back deck. Plenty of natural light also floods the main dining room, and there’s an additional table and bar seating in the kitchen area. The lovely kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a functional layout, and is fully stocked so you can enjoy dining in.

The gorgeous master bedroom is located on the main level and has its own attached private bathroom. There’s also a guest bedroom on the main level across from the main level guest bathroom. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Two more guest bedrooms are located up the stairs from the front entry. Garage access is not available for this property, but there is enough parking for several vehicles in the long driveway.

Just across the road is access to Round Lake, a shallow, spring-fed lake where you can find a variety of wildlife, including loons, blue gill, sand shiners, rock bass, northern pike, and largemouth bass. A public boat launch access site and Little Traverse Wheelway where you can enjoy a walk, run, or bike ride are just down the road as well as Petoskey State Park which features a very nice beach.
