Summer Breeze Cottage is a relaxing getaway directly on the northeast shores of Burt Lake. West-facing with gorgeous lake views, Summer Breeze is the perfect place for families to rest and rejuvenate.
Families will be comfortable with the geothermal heating and cooling system. The cottage is thoughtfully equipped with DISH Satellite TV and has a great selection of DVD movies, children’s books, and board games for family time fun.
Relax on the comfy living room furnishings and be calmed by the gentle lake breezes.
The lovely kitchen is well-appointed for guests to easily prepare meals. Enjoy summer barbeques with the Weber charcoal grill on the expansive decking off the living room area.
A charming Juliet style deck is a few steps outside the primary bedroom. For comfortable sleeping, Summer Breeze Cottage offers one queen bed (primary bedroom), two full-size bedrooms and a separate twin/trundle bed. A sofa bed in the living room has an inflatable mattress.
Summer Breeze Cottage is “small dog-friendly” and offers a large outdoor pen and stakes to attach leashes. All dogs must be registered with Holiday Vacation Rentals.
The lush lawn features a lakeside fire pit and outdoor seating. Calm your mind on the Pawleys Island hammock, ideal for napping under the shady oak trees.
Enjoy singing around the campfire? An acoustic guitar complete with songbook and campfire songs is provided.
A new 11’ X 16’ dock platform with Adirondack seating offers a relaxing experience for enjoying evening sunsets.
Want a unique dining experience? Two portable tables are available for a water’s edge picnic. A mooring buoy to anchor a small craft boat is provided.
