Alpine Haus is a rustic designed home located in a quiet neighborhood near the charming communities of Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The chalet style home was recently renovated with modern comforts. Alpine Haus can accommodate a total of ten guests.
The main floor layout features a queen bedroom, full bathroom, laundry center, a galley kitchen, farmhouse dining table, and comfortable living room.
The upstairs has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with a trundle bed, and a full bathroom.
The lower-level media room features comfortable furnishings, Smart TV, bathroom, and plenty of board games for fun, family enjoyment.
A covered breezeway offers guests an outdoor dining experience complete with gas grill, patio lighting, a picnic table, and corner table seating.
A newly designed guest quarters is located above the garage and has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances – fridge, microwave, and gas stove/oven, queen bed, Smart TV, sitting area, and a full bathroom. The private upper deck overlooks the natural landscape and has cushioned seating for sipping coffee, reading a book, and enjoying sunset cocktails.
Spend your evenings around the campfire roasting s’mores and experiencing the twinkling night sky.
All dogs must be registered with Holiday Vacation Rentals. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for one dog, $225 for two dogs.

“Our family stayed here over Christmas, we enjoyed relaxing and skiing. This house was very conveniently located close to two big ski resorts. It was clean and had a nice rustic cabin feel! We would definitely stay again!”

“We rented this home for a ski trip over New Year’s with our family and friends. It was the perfect place to stay for 10 people! The home was perfectly situated to access both Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob, which were about 10 minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised how clean it was upon arrival. We appreciated the number of bathrooms for all of us, as well as a finished basement for an extra hang out for kids. The home was well equipped as well. It may be helpful to know that one of the rooms was separate from the home above the garage, but it is very spacious, private, and well done. There is also a full bathroom in this space. The only thing we wished the home had was an outdoor hot tub, but other than that it was perfect. We certainly hope to stay again! Thank you!!”
