Northern Blue Haven sits on the sandy shores of Mullett Lake, one of the largest and most beautiful fresh water inland lakes in Michigan.
The main floor of this beautiful Cape Cod style home features a spacious open kitchen with stainless appliances and an eat-in dining area. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and sparkling water views of Mullett Lake.
The first-floor king bedroom suite overlooks the lake. A fun game room is also located on the main level and is outfitted with comfy furnishings, a Smart TV, DVD’s, bar area, game table, foosball, and computer desk area.
The second floor has a spacious king bedroom with desk area, full bathroom, and a large bunk room with sleeping areas for four guests.
Step outside on the long, covered front porch and relax on zero gravity chairs while enjoying your morning coffee. The textured concrete patio and walkways on the front lawn provide a welcoming look and comfort while defining outdoor living spaces. Enjoy alfresco meals at the beautiful outdoor dining table, a wood fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a paved walkway that leads to the sandy shores of Mullett Lake.
The dock is available as a swim dock only and diving from the dock is not allowed. Boats are required to be anchored.
The Cheboygan River flows out of the northeast end of Mullett Lake and is near Northern Blue Haven. Mullett Lake is part of the great Inland Waterway, by which one can boat 38 miles from Crooked Lake up the Cheboygan River to Lake Huron. Kayaking up the river is also a great opportunity to experience the natural environment.
