Situated on top of a manicured ridge in the Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club community, Bay View Farm Cottage is a distinctive home offering stunning vistas of Lake Michigan’s turquoise blue waters from every room. Located off the famous Tunnel of Trees (M-119), this special home offers serene views of a historic horse farm, a scenic pond to the west and stunning sunsets. With a spacious, sun-lit, 3/4-acre lawn and floral gardens, you will appreciate the 75-foot-long grand porch, complete with relaxing cottage furniture for alfresco dining and sunset cocktails. The beautifully maintained home features a fieldstone wall around the front garden and on both sides of the home.

The interior of the home was furnished by a professional interior designer and is aesthetically pleasing with custom features throughout. The home has three bedrooms and three baths; a spacious master suite with king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. All the bedrooms have views of Little Traverse Bay.

The chef-inspired kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, a gas stove and oven for gourmet meal preparations and breakfast bar area. Enjoy family dinners in the dining area overlooking the porch and relax on comfy living room furnishings. Bay View Farm Cottage also offers a private den with a desk, an oversized Smart TV, and sectional sofa.

Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood’s amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30).
