Kingswood Hillside Home: Stunning Four Bedroom retreat in Birchwood Farms

Kingswood Hillside Home is located in Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club. Tucked into a picturesque hillside, your family will appreciate the majestic birches and balsam trees surrounding this lovely home.

Kingswood offers three levels of living space, including a gourmet kitchen that features a state-of-the-art culinary set-up with a Viking gas range, stainless appliances, and granite counters for effortless family meal preparations.

The beautiful great room offers comfy furnishings, Smart TV, and a hand-crafted dining room table. Outside, an expansive decking area and outdoor dining set affords a nature inspired, alfresco experience.

The lower level is thoughtfully designed with relaxing furnishings, Roku TV, gas fireplace, board games and an upscale bar, complete with wine refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Please note: the lower level does not have A/C splits.

Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, bunk bedroom (2 sets), one queen sleeper sofa, and four baths provide the necessary level of privacy and comfort. All bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs.

Enjoy the indoor heated sunroom, flanked by two sunny decks with outdoor seating and gas grill.

Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood’s amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home. Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork must be completed prior to your arrival.

An all-wheel drive vehicle with all season or snow tires with adequate tread depth is strongly recommended for winter stays due to the steep driveway.

“I found Holiday Vacation Rentals to be incredibly responsive to all of our requests both before and after our stay. The home was immaculately clean when we arrived and it had adequate supplies to get us through the week of trash bags, paper towels, etc.. Even though it was a holiday weekend with tons of traffic, they had driven all the way into Petoskey to replace a lightbulb in the dining room fixture before we checked in. Any questions that I asked before were answered promptly, and when I left a bunch of things behind, they made sure I got them.

I did join in Birchwood, which I felt, was worth it to be able to use the pool and the dining room. And they facilitated the paperwork to become a member for the week. I highly recommend them in the Harbor Springs area.”

“We booked this house for a family get together that included skiing at the Highlands. The house had everything we needed, especially the kitchen which was very thoughtfully stocked. The house is beautifully furnished with easy to follow instructions for heat, lights, etc. The layout was perfect for our crowd. Younger cousins could hang out in the lower level, and the older crowd were comfortable relaxing on the main level. The scenery in winter was exceptionally beautiful. We could only imagine how wonderful it would be to enjoy the outdoor areas during the summer!”
